GoKickz products may include custom designs, modifications, or designs inspired by popular sneaker styles. Unless expressly stated, GoKickz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, or any other third-party brand.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for product identification and descriptive purposes.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be received and approved before production begins.

GoKickz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

4. Custom-Made Products

Because our sneakers are custom-made to order, all sales are final except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before purchase, including size, color, design, shipping address, and billing information.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Tracking may be generated within 1–2 business days after payment processing, but tracking updates may be delayed during production and carrier transfer.

Estimated delivery is typically 8–12 business days, but delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are only available in limited circumstances described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an approved return requires a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error by GoKickz.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt fraudulent chargebacks, violate applicable laws, or interfere with website security.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and shipping information.

GoKickz reserves the right to contest chargebacks using order confirmations, production records, shipping confirmations, tracking details, delivery confirmations, and customer communications.
