Third-party authentication decisions are made independently and may differ based on the company, reviewer, or authentication standard used.

Manufacturer Warranties

Independently customized, altered or modified products may not be eligible for warranties, repairs, replacements, returns or other services from the original manufacturer or trademark owner.

Any warranty or customer-service obligation offered by GoKickz is separate from and independent of any original manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should not contact the original manufacturer regarding customization work performed or arranged independently by GoKickz.

Custom-Made Products and Order Review

Some GoKickz products are custom-made, produced on demand, or independently sourced after an order is submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, size, colorway, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing checkout.

Because custom-made and independently modified products may be produced specifically for an individual order, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds may be restricted as described in the GoKickz Refund and Return Policy.

No Transfer of Trademark Rights

Purchasing a product from GoKickz does not grant the customer any license, ownership interest or other right to reproduce, distribute, manufacture, market or commercially use any third-party trademark, logo, artwork or protected design appearing on the product.
